Mike & Mallory's wedding day began at a local hotel. The guys and gals got ready in their separate rooms- makeup applied, hair done, shoes laced, and dresses buttoned. There were lots of laughs to go around and, as expected, a little anticipatory and nervous energy.
After the getting ready process was complete, each party made their way to The Pier, a gorgeous venue located on the river in Central Square. Here, Mallory got into her wedding dress with the help from her bride squad. She shared a first look with her father before he walked her down the aisle to where Mike was waiting to make her his wife.
Mike & Mallory's ceremony overlooked the river. There was the slightest breeze that helped make this August day perfect. The two said their "I do's" with huge smiles and a few tears from their families and husband and wife they became!
We took family & wedding party photos during cocktail hour before I was able to sneak Mike & Mallory away for their formal portraits. Afterward, they were introduced for the first time as husband and wife and began their first dance!
Their wedding night consisted of a whole lotta fun. Dancing & singing to throwbacks and lots of laughs with family and friends out on the dance floor.
One of Mallory's must-have photos was a night time photo down on the dock. I was able to sweep them away for a few minutes to capture some night time images before we headed back inside and they returned to the celebration!
I'm so happy to have witnessed Mike & Mallory's wedding day. Their celebration of love was one of a kind!
